Arsenal have been drawn against Championship side West Brom at the Emirates in the Carling Cup 3rd round on the 21st September 2009.
The Champions League teams have not been included as yet due to busy schedules.
Arsene Wenger has used the Carling cup to develop his young players so the likes of Jack Wilshere, Aaron Ramsey, Kieran Gibbs and Fran Merida should all be key to the campaign.
