Next up is our first away trip of the Champions League proper. Steaua Bucharest are not in good shape at the moment as they decided to sack Gheorghe Hagi as he didn't agree with other people deciding who does and doesn't play.

After our 3-0 victory over Sevilla at home, a nice away victory would put us in good shape to qualify to the knockout stages.

Steaua Bucharest are unbeaten against English teams in their own backyard. Arsenal have only played against Romanian opposition back in 1969-70 and that was Dinamo Bacau in the Fairs cup.

Almunia, Sagna, Toure, Senderos, Clichy, Eboue, Fabregas, Flamini, Diaby, Adebayor, van Persie, Fabianski, Hleb, Denilson, Gilberto, Walcott, Bendtner, Traore.

Team News

Aleksandr Hleb will have a fitness test on his knee that Marc Noble decided to give him at West Ham. Unfortunately Hleb is not our only concern. Emmanuel Adebayor (thigh), Abou Diaby (ankle) and Mathieu Flamini (groin) all have to be assessed.

I have a feeling that Adebayor may have to sit out this one as Arsene hinted that he is not in good shape right now.

"Emmanuel Adebayor will (also) travel, but it looks a little less good than it did."

Line Up

It is quite difficult to predict the line up because of the injury problems we currently have but if everyone is fit then its like to be.
